First the customer care is apparently so busy to take any call that the IVR will ask you to call them on WhatsApp Second Hiranandani estate branch I’d pathetic they’ll always have reasons for late delivery. If you need your order by 2PM make sure you book a slot of 12 so that then they’ll deliver it at 2. No respect to talk to female customer.

Money gets collected in the wallet & items hardly gets delivered.

The store is just 1 minute walkable distance away from my house. I ordered items from them to recover money from the wallet but their delivery boy didn’t come on time. When I called the delivery boy then he gave some lame excuse like scooter ka tyre puncture ho Gaya hai which was a lie as confirmed by the store, the real reason for items to be delivered late was lack of manpower.
Money gets collected in the wallet & items hardly gets delivered.

I have raised a complaint also to customer care that every time few items are missing in the order but no response on my complaint/request. Just refund the amount in the wallet.
