Mobile banking.
As per the feed back of our Esteemed customers we have Replaced OTP option with MPIN.
Customers will receive MPIN to their Registered Mobile Numbers on first login and the same can be reseted as per customer wish and an option has been given to retreive MPIN even if customer forgets

Other options include Branch/ATM locator , Cash Remittance limit , Notifications, Cheques book request , Uncleared funds are included .

Using this App customers can access to their own account at Any time Anywhere without any inconvenience
It is an innovation towards Go - Green channel implemented by KVB
All NON- Financial Transactions can be carried out through this APP

Responding too late.

Using this app from past 3 years and was working very fine but from last 10-15 days it’s not working properly, took too long to respond also after repeated attempts.
Has to enter Mpin 3-4 times to make it respond.

Server error🤷🏻‍♀️

When I try to register myself as a new user by entering my customer Id and registered mobile number, it displays as internal server error...
I got the OTP through SMS but the space to enter it does not open and the above mentioned error bar pops up🤦🏻‍♀️
This internal server error exists always
Please do fix it asap
