Pizza delivery fraud
I faced a fraud in terms of money taken from me against the good description is totally opposite to what was delivered to me. As of now I’m travelling from Gareebrath- Bandra Terminus to Nizamuddin on 3rd Dec 2022. I ordered La pinoz Pizza of regular size with Basil and veggies description for Rs 400/- for COD (cash on Delivery).
Delivery guy handed over the pizza to me in a small size box and took my picture. I asked him that this is not the size I ordered it is too small and I can’t pay Rs 400 for this, he kept on insisting this is it what you ordered and the train started moving I paid him and came back to my seat. I opened the box to check the size of the pizza. It’s excruciating to see the type fraud I was victim of by seeing the minimum food was there in the box. I called the delivery guy and tried registering my complaint for a refund or adjust the amount because I don’t believe the pizza delivered even worth Rs 100 due to the quantity, size of pizza was about 6inches, 4 pieces and extremely thing wi thi minimum veggies on top. I can share the images if someone is looking to resolve my issue.
Improve the quality of the regular pizza’s
I am a pizza freak I will not say it was a worst experience, but I can say that the pizza’s I ordered didn’t mate my expectations which I kept while ordering the pizza, there as some pointer I would like to share as an feedback if you can implement it I will be grateful.👇
1. Increase the pizza base quantity in regular pizza’s and make them fluffy to eat, because I have tried your medium and large size pizza’s it was way better then this, you should make some changes in regular pizza’s too.
2. Make your tomato pure little thick as it was not having the taste which customer’s prefer in restaurant pizza’s, the taste was like home made pizza, you can take the reference from the competitors currently available in market, also the toppings was not properly fixed with the cheese on the base, it was dropping when ever I was taking the bite.
3. Packaging was very good and delivery was on time, delivery person kept follow-ups with me for reaching at exact address, he was also in uniform which is mandatory I think so

I have had a very bad experience with La
Pinoz pizza and it being a very famous food chain this was not at all expected out of the restaurant. I had ordered pizza from the app on the day of Buy one get one free scheme…. And I placed my order at 7:15 and despite calling them several times they did not answer the call…. And once when they answered they have very vague answers as to when my pizza would arrive… Moreover the pizza arrived at my place at 9:30PM which also served cold to me. Because of this I had talk with the manager of the parlepoint branch who promised that my next order will be complimentary because of the delay…. But to my surprise just one garlic bread of RS100 was given complimentary to me…Moreover when I was delivered the pizza at the BOGOF day scheme I was not given the bill by the delivery boy despite of asking him…. I will make sure not to order from La Pinoz next time because they are running a scam in the name of buy one get one this is not the kind of service expected out of them… I am very disappointed in them….
