Lenskart: Eyewear 4+

I recently visited Lenskart and had the pleasure of being assisted by Gauranshi. The entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. Gauranshi's expertise and professionalism in conducting the eye test were remarkable. She patiently guided me through the process, ensuring accuracy and comfort. When it came to selecting contact lenses and frames, Gauranshi's knowledge shone through. She effortlessly identified the options that suited my preferences and lifestyle. Her friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable, turning what could have been a mundane task into a delightful shopping spree. The wide range of frames and lenses at Lenskart is impressive, and Gauranshi's guidance made the selection process a breeze. Thanks to her, I found the perfect combination of style and functionality. Overall, Lenskart, coupled with Gauranshi's expertise, has set a new standard for eye care and eyewear shopping for me. Had very bad experience from Lenskart, court road Udupi branch. Visited the store to order a Eyeglass with power. After the Eye test executive Aftab informed that eyeglass will be ready in 10 days and we will receive a call from the store. When asked about the payment he informed that we can pay at the time of delivery. Got a little confused and asked again if we have to pay now, but Aftab told that payment can be done at the time of delivery. So we came back and waited for 10 days and as there is no information from the store gave a call and then the executive informed that he will check and get back in sometime. But no callback received. Next day when I went to the store which is 15 kms from my home then the available executive informed that the order has not been placed. So irresponsible executive. They don't even asked sorry for the mess they did. But as it's for my mom and she needed it badly I again placed the order and paid and waited for a week again and got the glasses. Very poor customer service from a reputed brand in a reputed city. Udupi is a place which is filled with courteous people. But the training which Lenskart staff received is exactly opposite. Even the staff Aftab doesn't seems to be fit for a sales executive role. He don't even greet the customer and talk to them properly. Lenskart team needs to look into this mess.!!!

I had ordered 2 eyeglasses on 5th Aug at above outlet and these were delivered TODAY (9th Aug) at this outlet. I went to collect the same and asked the manager about your *3 or Free* scheme, as one of my eyeglasses (Rs 1600) was eligible for it, as it was delivered after more than 3 days. Manager flatly refused to entertain it and started arguing that only metro cities are covered under this scheme. He got further infuriated, when I showed him the list of all cities covered, and Bathinda was one of those. He started shouting and threatened me that HE’d GET ME BEATEN UP. Meanwhile, other customers were also watching his behaviour and were supporting me. He started shouting on 2 other customers and they left. I also got my order canceled. While I was leaving the shop, he threatened me with dire consequences, as two customers had left the shop. First I thought of lodging a police complaint, as there were 2-3 other witnesses of his threats, but later dropped the idea.
Then I went to your other outlet at Rose Garden complex, Goniana Road, along with those two customers, and we all placed our orders there. Staff at your rose garden complex is really very courteous and well mannered.
I have mentioned entire story, and now it is your duty to take strict action against that manager. Other two staff members present there were not involved.
