I have been constantly trying to call customer care since couple of weeks call isn’t getting connected even after long wait. I have sent multiple mails asking for the refund status. It’s been weeks since I returned the item and have been following up for the refund since then no response from cc team. Getting only automated mail reverts which are like copy paste same format saying issue is forwarded pls wait for response and no any other response to any of my mails in the app its shows refund processed which is a huge communication gap here. How can ul update the status even before processing refund ? First and last order with Libas. Pathetic experience. I need a callback and revert on mail ASAP. I am not recommending Libas to anyone. Will soon post all this on social media
