We have waited very long to be a parents even it is difficult us to manage our expenses still we have decided first to go and buy home then hopefully everything will get fine and trust us we started searching home and we finalised it almost after seeing 70-80 flats all we have searched from magic bricks and finanllly we got our dream home ... After shifting to new flat in just two months later my wife gives good news about her pregnancy this new home is very very very lucky for us ... Now we are waiting for new comers I can say indirectly magic bricks gives us golden days happy smile and wishes ... Thank you team magic brick

I had a urgency for a flat so was searching on different different platforms. Meanwhile one MagicBricks sales person connected with me and asked me to take a prime membership so they would assist me in flat search. But whatever properties I had searched on app were fraud, without images, incorrect mobile number or sold out. Few times I wasn’t receiving the owner’s number on mail or text on mobile also but my limited contacts were reducing. As per the sales persons promise on behalf of MagicBricks I didn’t receive any customer relationship managers number also. There is one number in my prime membership for help or support that was also switched off. Now I got a house on rent with the help of broker, I am getting MagicBricks calls for review, packers and movers, loan. These guys just scamming with us. At least No Broker provides 10 free calls but MagicBricks doesn’t provide that too, even it won’t allow us to see photos of the property without membership. At least for me my money is wasted and they won’t gonna refund it.

Just want to say think thousand times before purchasing any membership from this app. No property is truly validated from these guys. They say their relationships managers are available in you area for properties verifications but they just do mobile number verification without physically attending the property and the person to know whether the phone number belongs to the same person or not.

ALPINE ECO and PURAVANKARA PURVA FOUNTAIN Visitors Pass SCAM :- There is a Scam Going On thru Magicbricks and I heard also Nobroker. There is a gang of fraudsters who claim to be house owners and say that 2,100 Rs should be paid to get a visitor's pass and when u pay 2,100 they ask for 8,065 more. I stopped at 2,100 when they asked me more money. I asked them to refund me else will complaint to the police. so far no refund. But then I went to Alpine Eco personally and came to know there were many others who are bing cheated. One 23 year old guy paid them 27,000 rs and was totally distraught as he said he had saved that money and had worked hard for it. He was having a nervous breakdown at Alpine Eco. These fraudsters go by the names Laxman Reddy, Sourav Banerjee, Manish Jain, Amit Khanna and the list is long. This also includes properties like Rohan Vasanth and Vanshee Richfields Apartments in Bangalore near Marathahalli. This is a huge SCAM and what is surprising is that MAGIC BRICKS and NOBROKER are supporting such scams. Isnt it their duty to check the owner's credentials by asking them for their property papers proofs? Isnt it their responsibility? MAGICBRICKS needs to answer me. NOBROKER needs to answer that young lad whose 27,000 Rs got stolen. PLEASE DONT TRUST THESE FRAUDSTERS who will lower the rents and say that they are giving Fully Furnished Apartments.
