Can’t select Service centre of my choice

App was working fine but with the latest update I am unable to select/change my preferred service centre. Kindly update/ fix the bug for better app experience.

App feedback for continuous improvement

1. Today while purchasing the RSA through the app the screen go stuck at the ccavenues payment processing page. I had to wait for an hour and then finally gave up.
2. While chatting using the app my chat responses were coming as blanks with a black boundary.
3. I service booking, the app was showing a far off dealer instead of the closest dealer and on trying to search for the dealer other state dealers were appearing and it was not searching for the service dealer I entered.
4. While registering for purple club the OTP never came in spite of multiple attempts.

These are a few issues I experienced.

Many negatives.
1) App should run without asking for permissions .
2) Service scheduling should be more intuitive.
3) While scheduling service, it limits issues to 3.
4)The service cost does not match with what comes from the service centre This is even for free services.
5) The service record should maintain what complaints were given, and what was resolved (with what action was taken).
6) The new feature of fuel log is redundant. Mahindra already has an app that takes in fuel info. If the fuel calc in this app is better than the current app (TUV300), then WYH should pull the historical log from the TUV300 app. Or whatever is entered in one app, should reflect in the other.
