Love this

Very easy to use app. One can view all their purchases and gold plans. Also, keep a track on gold rates. Great. I would suggest to have the view and download invoice option also for purchase history. It will make the app 5X more useful for the users.

An unstable app

This app has lot of good features and I like it a lot but the performance of this app is very unstable. The app works well one day and key on throwing errors the other day. No clear message about what the issue is misleading at times and unnecessary waste of time. I request the team to make sure the app is stable. One quick example is, I was able to login and make payment few weeks back but last 2 days am kept on trying to login and it says account unable to fetch… what that it means ? I tried resetting the password but still doesn’t work. Very very poor app…

Worst customer service t nagar

Worst service we had with malabar gold we have purchased anklet from here where they have soldered and the smith broke the anklet when we ask for exchange they neglected stating that they cant provide very worst services and scam and staff negligence which is happend *ulas and santosh at usman road T nagar branch managers * manager worst behaviour they dint try to help i will never purchase anything from malabr gold anymore will not recommend to my friends and family am surrending an vedio to social media and channels of rude behavoir from the managers
