Poor and ridiculous
The service is so poor and application is not so good to use there is no help centre/customer care to contact. When I am trying to upload other documents as per request after multiple times also I am unable to upload, the application is so poor that it is not displaying submit option and also unable to connect to customer care centre.

Good and easy user interface.
I was able to use this for hospitalization and tracking a claim and notifications made my hospitalization much easier.
