2. Download the METRO DIGITAL CARD app
3. Enter your 10 digit metro customer & cardholder number as shown on your Metro card
4. Enter your mobile number registered with Metro Cash & Carry
5. Click a picture of the registered metro user – this will be your metro identity on the app
6. Enter the OTP generated on your mobile to activate your app
7. Deposit your physical METRO card on the next visit to the store

METRO Wholesale entered the Indian market in 2003. The company currently operates twenty-seven wholesale distribution centres under the brand METRO Wholesale including six in Bangalore, four in Hyderabad, two each in Mumbai and Delhi, and one each in Kolkata, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Zirakpur, Amritsar, Vijayawada, Ahmedabad, Surat, Indore, Lucknow, Meerut, Ghaziabad & Nashik.

Abysmal app
I thought it will be smooth app like every other app alternative for real shopping experience with different options available. But just around 1 dozen things available and that also just for viewing only no option from where to buy and no option to log out from app.. I don’t know what is meaning of this app. I think it’s coded by some undeserving person who got certificate for app developer on basis of reservations not on qualifications.. pathetic app waste of time and I am unhappy with metro after knowing flaws it was better for metro to delete this app from AppStore rather than making fun of their own company which is well established and well known throughout pan INDIA.. hope this app get removed from store
Useless App
It’s been a month that I am trying to use the app. When you try first time by putting your card n holder number it says to call customer care to activate the digital card once you do tht it take that but when you try to validate yourself it just gives option to edit email ID and there is no option to put in or edit the registered phone number and says can’t connect to server to try after some time and it’s been 2 weeks this is happening and on top of it customer care is so pathetic as I am trying to reach on phone which is not reachable and on email they don’t respond even if you loop in head customer care
