I have added 6000 rs in my account from credit card. Now I am not able to pay my electricity bill not transfer this amount to any where. KYC Is required. For KYC I have connected more than 5 KYC centres. They refuse to do KYC because of technical problem. Customer care is not picking the call. Worst app . Government should ban it with heavy penalty . I am going first to consumer forum . I will take legal action if requires. Please don’t advice me to contact on your mail I’d.

Really this the most useless app for transactions
This app is most worst then other app!!! I am facing a problem on my upi transition of 1800 i have done it on april 8th by using this app i have waited for nearly 5days to credit the money in my account but it almost nearly 15days but I haven't got my money back to my account or to the recivers account!! Even if I am trying to contact the customer care they don't even respond to the call I have waited upto 15min after they forwarded but they haven't connected my call to the customer call!! These people won't work our problems the won't consider our issues i have been calling the customer call everday but there is no response even i have sent my bank statement to them though the ticket they not even replying what the problem is I was try my level best to get my money back they are being really so irresponsible!! Please consider my issue.

I did a transaction of 3323 on 9 June
But merchant advised that they have not recd the amount
Thereafter marked complaint on help section of their app on 9 June and tried calling their customer care number but didn’t get any reply
After too much effort the amount was credited back in my wallet on 16 June INSTEAD OF SENDING BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD FROM WHERE MONEY WAS DEBITED

Now trying to persue them for the same but neither they r replying nor transferring back the amount to my credit card.
1.how n why transaction failed ?
2.with how many they are doing this?
3.why they r not replying to my complaint?
4.why their customer care number gets disconnected even after trying more than 20 times in last two days?
5.why they credited back amount after 8 days that too after my many many calls complaints and reminders?
6.why amount was not transferred to my credit card ?why in wallet?as I wish to mention here that you can only use 5% of your wallet amount if u want to pay any utility bill?
7.all the above clearly shows their fraudulent intentions and their Malafide intentions of cheating public
I M REPORTING THIS MATTER TO RBI AS WELL CONSUMER FORUM ALSO,THEY SHUD INTERVENE....
