HINDI MEIN LIKH RHA HUN, jisse sare indian padh sake!!! Firstly, I ordered very sensitive food product online, and the hired bluedart as a courier service ! Pune se Ahmedabad aane mein usko 5 din lage , and surely expected delivery date se 2 din jyada !!! Location tracking site pe 2 din se Ahmedabad mein hi courier dikha raha hai … pr date harroj change hoti hai, aur current date ki ho jati hai ,(jaise ki aaj hi Ahmedabad pahucha ho) Upr se , kahi prr bhi uska contact number nahi hai , jisse ham usko contact krr ske !! Google pe jo customer care number dikha raha hai, usme “ALAG SE TALKTIME RECHARGE KARVANA PADTA HAI , jisse hum usse batt krr ske, sim ke unlimited calls se bat nahi krr sakte!” Mera 50 rupee chala gaya usme, jisse mein lambi si batt krr sku usse, usme bhi 3-4 min waiting karwaya tha , ab talktime khatam ho gaya hai., contact karne ka koi charge nahi!! Agar mera food product mein kuchh chedakhani hui to kaun jimeedarr!?? Ye mein us time likh raha hun, jab mera courier abhi tak nahi aaya !! 50₹ ka recharge krvake complaint raise ki thi, abhi tak uska callback or mail or msg pe koi update nahi aaya !! I am seriously tired with bluedart! “AB JO BHI ONLINE SERVICES BLUEDART KE SATH JUDI HUI HOGI USSE MEIN ORDER HI NAHI MANGVAUNGA or BADDMEIN PATA CHALA TO CANCEL KRVA DUNGA” That’s all from me. Recently I was supposed to get a card and it was out for delivery delivery guy showed premises closed without calling and I called customer service they said delivery guy called you I challenged them and I said will share screen shot of recent calls ..then they said he will call you soon but no call … but the scary part begins next day delivery guy showed up and asked for id I showed him addhar card he said give it to me in my hand I will capture photo I refused .. but the catch was he already asked for otp and start leaving and said without capturing id it won’t be delivered then I said why you asked for otp then and but he pushed me and said ‘ja bula le jise bulna h ‘ when I said I will call police why did you asked for otp .. he made a big drama outside house and collected crowd.. also when honourable Supreme Court said that Addhar card isn’t mandatory for private capture and we have right to privacy .. fool company stupids running scam collecting data for fraud and maybe selling to make money .

Any fraud can deliver through bluedart and make thebcnsumers pay. I had specifically told them that I do not want this parcel but they were persistent in giving my money to fraudsters. Extremely bad service personnel. The manager to which I spoke was rude and disrespectful when I told him that there has been a fraud he literally said that if you expect products at lower costs then it’s obvious that it’s a fraud seeming that maybe they had something to do with it. The manager was supporting the fraudster more than the genuine consumer.
