App needs to improve ALOT!

There is no much option in app to make the user friendly, like knowing more about the booking details, to know the refund status, payment breakups. You can improve a lot in app.
Car was well in condition, only dim light was not working it caused difficulty at night. Try to fix these kind of issues before handing over to customers because customer will not have enough time to fix it at the time of booking as the trip has been planned.
Thanks, hope to see the changes soon.

My self drive car pick up for May-13th

Its my wife’s birthday and i booked a self drive car from HSR layout garage. When i was close to garage, i called for precise location and executive told me that car will be available in 30 min delay from requested time. And as my pickup time was 20:00 hrs. I called them at same time after waiting for 30 mins at their location. This time the executive called and said vehicle will be available after 2 hrs. Such unprofessionalism they show and also have the audacity of disconnecting the call on my face . This disappointing experience caused severe embarrassment as i was roaming on road with my wife with no assistance. And the app is also bad as they don’t have support link where you can reach out for help. I will not recommend this to anyone . Pathetic experience and in addition to this they hung phone on customers face . Never rent from Mychoice, coz bad customer service, no follow ups, racist behaviour and on top of that casual attitude of not valuing customers time …. Am also posting this on all social media and asking family and friends to do the same ….(Hemant) is the employee who hunged phone and had rude tone as if am asking vehicle for free, such employees should be chucked out …..i feel no value of money i paid …..

Great team, excellent experience!

I had hired a self drive Swift Dzire from 20 May to 01 Jun from Delhi NCR to travel to Uttarakhand. Received the vehicle at T3 airport which was handed over by a very courteous driver who completed the necessary formalities within 5 mins. As I was not comfortable with the car, MyChoize team arranged a replacement the very next day to my delight! Thanks to the team, my travel across Uttarakhand with my family was wonderful. The cars are maintained quite well and the team (Ashish & Ayush) were always available to answer my queries and to help me with the permits etc. The handing over of the car after my trip was also seamless and took just 10mins. In fact I forgot a couple of personal items in the car which was kept carefully by the team till I could collect it. Very grateful to Mr Balbir Singh for his constant support and guidance.
