Had a good experience with the MyTVS Sholinganallur branch. I had a very bad experience during my previous service at the Medavakkam branch, but this time the experience at Sholinganallur was much better. All the complaints I reported were properly noted and addressed. Special thanks to Mr. Vignesh, who carefully noted down all my concerns and ensured they were attended to.Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and staff support. The only concern I felt was that the final amount after GST was a little high. Apart from that, good service and a much better experience compared to my previous visit. 👍

Hi,I had a worst experience with MY TVS service provider for my car (Spresso) service occurred at 27th July at Attibele Road Branch..i would suggest not to opt for this service provider at all.First of all Ms Shakti from CSR team had promised the false service offers e.g. No Service charges will be levied for Labour service and only we have to pay for Spare parts replacement as per standard package i have choosen. But later she had completely changed her offers in regards to service labour charges and then stopped picking my calls and responding to my messages.Such an unprofessional ethics behaviour i have not seen anywhere. As per free Pick and drop service was available. But at the time of delivery of vehicle no driver was available and i have to go by myself almost 10km to pick my car..Attibele service station is not at all in operating mode and short of manpowers where Service Advisor was cleaning / washing my car as no people available for the same. They don’t have proper arrangements for spare parts and it will be ordered on demand basis. After giving more then for one and half day spare parts have not been replaced e.g. spark plugs..Interior vacuuming has not been done appropriately as dust was quite visible and Windshields was still looking dusty after washing also.I am really disappointed with this service and will make sure going forward never used their service..

I recently got my car serviced in Guduvanchey Nellikuppam Road MyTVS, and I must say the experience was fantastic! 🚗✨ The staff was professional, friendly, and ensured a smooth process. They diagnosed the issues quickly and provided a clear explanation. The service was done efficiently, and my car runs smoothly, and I truly appreciate their attention to detail. The quality of work and attention to detail were truly commendable. Pricing was fair, with no hidden charges. I appreciate the timely delivery and excellent customer support. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable car service! 👍👏

I COMPLETELY LOST THE TRUST ON MYTVS/GOBUMPR.I had a very unpleasant experience with Service advisors of Hafeezpet location, Hyderabad.I have handed over my car keys to pickup agent, and then I called my service advisor and immediately informed him that I have left my Wallet inside the car and asked him to take care of the same. The instant response from him was "I'm not responsible for your valuable things, as it's not my job".Having to be heard the statement, I have lost the trust on Gobumpr completely. After the car was delivered (returned without the service), after checking the wallet I see there's no cash of 2,500/- in my wallet (as expected, by the words of my advisor)Upon checking with the advisor (Mr. Vamshi), he still says we are not responsible for your money loss and was not ready to do any basic investigations as a responsible service provider. Now, it's the matter of loyalty, but not about the money I lost. It is so unpleasant and disappointing to the customer having to face this kind of an incident even after informing my service advisor. In return, MyTVS/Gobumpr has only lost it's loyal customers.PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE, AS THEY WILL JUST ONLY TRY TO LOOT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
