Doesn’t function like how a mobile application should be, instead is like an interface that leads to the online website where it is not easy to use. There are a few glitches. Not able to save receipts. Not user friendly. Would be comfortable to use the internet browser in a computer system instead of this application. Needs a lot of improvement.

Dear developer, first the app work functionally well. Few areas that would need your attention 1. The handshake between the website and the payment integration has some deviation e.g. when the upi time is 3 mins down counter , the app moves to website and informs as logged out at 2.30mins. However functionally the payment is done. 2 The list in the payment section is not getting auto refreshed. So after payment also it shows the amount but when I click and navigate it reflects the payment is done. Please do through testing. Functionally it is worth using in this tough times , it just needs a through testing and clean up. Though it has many minor glitches it works well for bill payment which is my primary needs. Appreciate TNEB for coming up with mobile app, this will help me do the transaction from my mobile than getting into my laptop. Please add billing history and fix the glitches so that I can rate rate five stars.
