Worst customer service ever, they said it takes 1hour of time to make new connection and took the money for 6months, but it was shocking that, it was completely of 4th day that I started using the net and it’s been one week I started using the broadband and my adaptor stopped working and I raised complaint/ticket for concern team, but it’s been 2days that they haven’t resolved it yet. Even if I want to get out of this, it was informed me that, they are not going to refund me(through customer care) and here I tried calling local team of Hathway who took money for installing for the hell lot of times , they are telling that it would be resolved in 24hours but where they told like , your concerns and problem will be resolved within less than a hour at the time of payment in starting. Guys please be aware and think twice before starting. And I expect no other should suffer like me as I inti now. Thank you.
Worst customer service
I shouldn’t be even giving one star. We can submit a service request through the app, if you are lucky someone will contact you to just ask what’s going on and perform some basic troubleshooting steps ( please note you have to be a very very lucky person to get to this step). Most of the times, I create a ticket and the funny part is someone closes the ticket as resolved just after couple of hours. I have the same issue going on for months and nobody cares about it. I tried calling the support number raised the complaint and the only thing that’s different here is, in the app you don’t interact with a human and here the call is answered by a human who might actually show some empathy(again, if you are lucky) or you get the fake sympathy/ empathy like every other call centre but end result never changes. The ticket gets closed as resolved and you are bound to have never ending issues.
Pathetic Customer Service
If you want to leave with peace of mind than don’t opt for Hathway Broadband coz once you face issue your issue is going to be pending for weeks and weeks and nobody is going to answer your concern also if you wish to talk to somebody they don’t have any such direct phone no. yo contact. Ultimately you have to be on the mercy of this dick sucking company.
Every 2nd day I get LOS without any reason also they don’t hold standard plans, they can sell you whatever they want with poor service and ultimately you keep on struggling with them . Hence ally last I’lld say If you are planning for new internet connection than please take out Hathway from your shortlisted list else you will be end up suffering and writing a negative feedback like me here because you can’t do more than this to burst out your anger .
