A really user-friendly app which has changed the way I shop in the mall. The gamified experience makes one want to visit the mall even more to gain more and more perks and discounts.
And now that I can book when and what time I wish to visit the mall, tells me for sure that there are limited number of people at the mall at any given time. In turn, making me feel safer in these turbulent COVID-19 times.
Overall, a thumbs up for the app and I hope I get to use this app in any mall I visit across India.

Updated: works very good and I’m happy to use this app - I keep loving those gifts and coupons
Just one request there were lot of coupons which became unused due to pandemic- is there something u guys are thinking of in giving it back or making it valid
App is not working - otp are not received - same issue with multiple accounts Also all of a sudden I get message as account is disabled and I’m logged off - why is this happening?

Super app to find good stuff and offers in mall
The Phoenix Nhance App is a brilliant and user friendly app , where one can get many offers when we scan our bills too . We also can get a lot of free movie tickets , event tickets and much more discounts too . It’s very user friendly as well
