NoBrokerHood - Manage Visitors 4+

Hoping they will work on this review

Since one year, I’ve been requesting update on Apple Watch where I can approve the visitors, that is yet not addressed.
Another pain area with the current app is the very badly placed feature notification, which overlaps with the visitor entry notifications. The user is sent in a loop as visitor is asking for approval, this intruding feature notification is not allowing user to see visitor approval request. On top of that, when you close the intruding feature notification, the visitor approval request is just not accessible.

Then, further torture starts when visitor pesters you for approval, you can’t do anything, and cherry on the cake, you receive the intercom call, asking for approving this visitor!! Their customer care executive said that this is just on the iOS, that means they know the issue and still are not working on it.

Improving UI is just not creating any delight for me as the user. Please work on above two features, your competitor MyGate is actually better than you with above two features!

Residing in Malibu Rising City, Channsandra, Bangalore, I engage with the society's services through the NoBroker Hood application. Regrettably, I had an unfortunate experience when I encountered a Daily Car Cleaning service offered by GOETC company, PFS, which is listed on NoBroker. I feel compelled to bring to your attention that this company seems to be operating fraudulently. Despite their commitment to providing daily car cleaning, they accepted an advance payment from me but failed to allocate anyone to carry out the service. Moreover, despite my request for cancellation, they have not refunded my payment.

I am kindly seeking your intervention to aid me in securing a refund for the sum of 1850 INR that I paid to GOETC company, PFS. Furthermore, I strongly urge you to eliminate GOETC from the NoBroker app and any affiliated listings. Their actions suggest their involvement in deceptive practices, extracting money without fulfilling their service promises. As a devoted customer, I initially trusted NoBroker's comprehensive verification procedures for companies listed on the platform. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

The owners have a poor strategy making money left, right and centre. Reason for this review is to highlight that it’s difficult to navigate this app what it’s intended for but more likely to see flat promotion, services which have designated big icons and clickable areas.
