Nova team was proactive, prompt, and responsive during my recent medical claim. Special kudos to Sita Thapa for her support.
The iOS variant of this app is horrible
Doesn’t fit well in any iPhone that has a notch. Accessibility is miserable. Do not select chat option with the nova team as once you enter the chat section there is no way you can exit it. Even if you kill the app and reopen it you will be taken to the same chat section giving you no option. You got to wait for the entire session to get killed by itself to be able to go back to the main menu.
