Great Service at their Best!!

I would recommend seriously to get in associate with Even Health Care as earliest as possible. Waiting period do exists with every insurance and it’s part of their business but with EVEN healthcare you get to monitor your health every day with online consultations and regular self health check ups, that helps you prevent yourself.

Be careful about Conditions Apply!!

1. They exclude everything you say. Be it a small headache. They will make a note in the list of exclusions and its for 3 years. They will inform you after you pay your money btw
2. You will be a part of their “group insurance policy” which means without them, you cant approach the insurer for claims. You are bound by their rules, whatever their rules could be
3. They say that all OPD in network hospitals are covered - but only later will you know that you would first have to take an online consultation only (physical consultation is available in even hospitals but you’d have to wait for slot, you may not get it on the same day). You would have to tell their doctors in a state of not keeping well that you would want to visit a known doctor/meet a doctor physically. You will get a refund of your OPD bill only if they approve you before hand that you can visit a local OPD person. Sometimes online consultations are available 6-7 hours from now, so you would have to wait for this long to first consult with that doctor, plead the doctor that you want to see someone physically.

Unpleasant experiance

I purchased this plan after being persuaded by their sales person. After payment three set of doctors called me to collect medical history and documents of my family and I. You wouldn't imagine they even asked for discharge summary of my hospitalisation that occurred 20 years ago and even the prescriptions of my kids who were having viral fever recently. After collecting all these and studying them for a week I got a call from them saying that my membership is approved with ‘exclusions’. I was shocked when they told all the medical history I mentioned to the doctor were excluded from claim that included my kid’s fever, medically irrelevant mild neck pain I used to have etc. Imagine you bought an insurance for your family and you can’t even take your kids to the doctor for the mere viral fever they get!!! These are clearly illegal clauses and if this company is regulated by IRDAI we can question these at appropriate platforms but they are not. Anyway I rejected the terms and claimed refund.
