Sincere request

First of all Nykaa should stop bluffing their customers. I have noticed this since many years now, they say they are having 30% off(and it doesn't go above 30% anytime)on their products but wont mention that its available only on selected products of their Nykaa range(very selected products plus that shades in lipsticks that no one wants to buy).And also it will be available only on some shades of their products. Most of the times the discount is also very less if we compare it to other brands. This is very bad if u offer discount just offer on ur every product not just on selected products and selected shades. Thats all other than that Nykaa is a really good app. Not just saying i have been shopping with Nykaa since many years now and iam very happy with the services it offers other than this one.

Worst delivery service by WOW Express and poor response

I ordered 20 items from Nykaa on 3rd May and I got delivery update on 6th May that it has reached the warehouse destination and is out for delivery at 11:32 am. I waited for the order till 07:30 pm but no response, no call from the WoW express. Then I got the message that I have rejected the order and that’s why the delivery person couldn’t deliver my order which is misleading and false information. Next day on 7th May, I get a call from Nykaa regarding the same that I have rejected my order and if I am interested for the re-attempt of the delivery. I called the customer care of the WOW express customer care service twice but nobody picked up. Then I called Nykaa and informed the same and complaint about the misleading information from the delivery vendor and they assured me that they will update me asap. Then at 04:25 pm, I get this message that my order has been delivered. I immediately call Nykaa customer care service informing the same to which they said that it’s a technical error. Again, at 06:30 pm, I get a call from Nykaa that one part of the order has been delivered and other part will be delivered tomorrow. I have called Nykaa five times to explain that I have not received any order but god knows, what is happening. Now, just like every single time, they have assured to update me asap.
Guys, please change the vendor because they are ruining your reputation.
Very disappointed from Nykaa.

Fraud app!

Recently I ordered many products during their pink sale and received them all in multiple shipments. One shipment was supposed to contain 12 products and we received the package in a very good condition only. We didn’t bother to open the package in front of the courier guy as never faced such situation in the past. When we opened the package in the evening it was found that 2 products were missing in that. I mailed them regarding the same immediately. They sent multiple mails asking for some unnecessary snapshots, bills etc which I sent them sincerely. After waiting for 8-10 days they confirmed that there is no problem from their end and closed the ticket. How disgusting is that? It’s very sure that nothing has happened during the transit as the package was not damaged. It’s from Nykaa who have not sent the products. At least they should have identified their loyal customers and thought a little why anyone who shops regularly can claim for few products which are not even more than few bucks? Highly disappointed. Will not recommend nykaa. Worst customer relations management.
And don’t go with their reviews on nykaa specifically on Nykaa products. All are fake reviews, I bought nykaa products by seeing their rating and review but all turned out to be worst!
