Great app for purchasing Kurti and salwar suits. I bought few stuff for my wife and mom and they were very happy
Extremely Disappointed with this application.
My experience with Peach Mode has been downright disappointing. The quality of the clothes I ordered was terrible, and when I tried to address the issue by returning them, things only got worse. Instead of a straightforward refund, they handed me a coupon, and to add insult to injury, this coupon had an expiration date looming within a year.
What's particularly frustrating is that when I dared to give Peach Mode another chance and placed a new order, the cycle repeated itself. I received yet another batch of subpar quality clothes. This time, however, the company flat-out refused to refund my money. It's a baffling and infuriating policy that seems designed to leave customers stuck with low-quality items and no recourse for getting their hard-earned cash back.
The whole experience with Peach Mode has left me disillusioned and dissatisfied. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before trusting this platform for their clothing needs. The combination of poor product quality and a questionable refund policy makes it an overall regrettable choice for online shopping.
Pathetic customer service
You are happy with Peachmode as long as you don’t have a problem

But if they mess that up by not following the size chart they share, there is no support.
On emails they give you a templatized answer even when you tell them on email that your question or problem statement is different from the answer pasted. The emails are always from some intellectually challenged Bhavin.
The WhatsApp support is also automated. And the time you choose that you need to chat to a live agent, you always get a Gauri. And that too is an automation. And the replies come after at least 40 minutes.
I’ve had a terrible experience and I will suggest that you try the app and the company only once. This brand is not for repeat buyers. Trust me!
