Unable to place order
Since last three days I'm an unable to make payment, saying went wrong and redirecting to cart again. There is no Costumer care support so can't resolve issue and can't use app. Overall it is a good app but there is issue with checkout process. My friend also experienced the same issue. Kindly resolve the issue.
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS APP AGAIN
For 415/- order item, they charged 227/- as delivery fee Just be mindful here and check yourself once If a customer says he is having an issue with delivery charge, you are supposed to check with the seller and ask them why so much delivery charge (>50% of actual order) If the customer checked already with seller and the seller confirmed that there is no delivery charge laid on my order, then you should cross check who is eating up this delivery charge? Either you openly lie here and take up the delivery charge. You don’t call? You don’t have a support email? You don’t keep a connect between customer and seller? You don’t do care about above things because you are a money minded app support guy Rest assured this will be my last order and go away from this useless support app and pass the same through my ratings

Horrible app and support.
The very first order I placed, ETA was given as 2 hours which further got delayed and after raising issue got delivered the next day. Even after that, wrong items were delivered. Raised an issue again with photos and everything, but only half of the refund was given. They keep resolving the ticket and saying that it’s adjusted against cashback. I am not a Phonepe user, I will never use this cashback. They want to force me to use Phonepe. I told them I don’t want any cashback and they can just take it all away and give me a proper refund. The support even claimed they called me and couldn’t get connected, which was another lie. Never using this again, Blinkit Zepto Instamart are much better, quicker, and hassle free.

Please know that an active PhonePe account is needed to register and shop on Pincode. Also, all refunds are processed as per the T&C mentioned on the app, which is adjusted with the cashback awarded for your order. This cashback is awarded to your PhonePe Gift Card and can be used for recharges, bill payments, gold purchases and payments made to selected merchants on the app. Please share the ticket ID with us.
