PNB Housing Customer Portal 4+

When you build a complete housing loan website /mobile app and don’t disclose the rate of interest and principal outstanding, it definitely means, it is intentional. How can one miss these two basic info from the loan details. Also, there is no option to make online prepayment, as usual, financial institutions don’t want to make loan prepayment easy for their customers.

I am a housing loan customer from PNB . Earlier I used to be able to login to this app and all of a sudden I am not able to , even after deleting and installing it back it doesn’t let me login via the app. I use the same id/password combination on the website and it works like a charm. Another problem with PnB is that they don’t display the rate change on the app/website and also doesn’t display the principal outstanding which is kind of gives an indication that they intentionally doesn’t want the customers to know about it . I can only hope that someone from PNB read these comments from users and take appropriate action.

If someone has already taken a loan from your bank so your data base engineer is good for nothing so as to update the details at the backend and you app interface is worst ever…is this the way you ask user to enter any one if the below details and the register - which doesn’t work at all ??after multiple entries also it’s Not allowing me to register it ….atleast loan account no it should take that also it says account doesn’t exist waoo that clearly shows your data base engineer people are good for nothing …that’s why private bank Are much much better …
