Worst Health Insurance Company
One of my worst decisions to take insurance for my parents thorugh them. They are big time cheaters and doesn’t support when you actually required their services. My mom admitted in Medanta and we followed for cashless claim. Every time these people are rejecting the claim stating particular document is missing which is already there with them .. I spoke with their customer service to let them know that requested document is already shared by hospital and even it’s showing on their mobile application. Still why we are getting rejections .. they said they can’t help, can’t connect this call to even senior ..
I even sent them email with all required documents still after 5 days there’s no response .. this is how they run their bogus company. May God let their employees suffer the same way, they should go through same pain the way we going to deal with them when we require them so much.

Useless application - poor customer experience
I wish I had a half star rating I have been trying to claim reimbursement of Covid vaccination but the claims have been rejected due to unavailability of documents while I have been uploading documents repeatedly the customer care is not aware of the error. Similar experience in booking OPD in a nearby network Hospital they are unaware about the procedure and I am not able to give me discount coupons which they used to give me last year. The application keeps crashing in my iPhone 11 and I have raised this multiple times but the feedback service in the application is useless they don’t really care about any of your complaints.I am just fed of this application now
