Hangs up frequently
Poor App. Frequently hangs up. Need to delete and reinstall every time it hangs up. Not up to the expectations.
Worst banking app
I am surprised to see such an outdated app from a bank like SC. Surely it doesn’t portray your brand value. Many of the taps do not work. Seems like your IT team does not even do unit testing before Go-live.
App is not compatible with latest iPhone13.
App’s landing page is a crap.
Not working.
Not working properly, after the payment of credit card bill still showing payment is pending.
