Quite disappointed by the slice team, as I have applied for the slice card it shows the credit limit of 17k has been approved and I also get the sanction letter, General t&c and loan agreement at the same time. Now when it's come to the virtual card section the task of the KYC I have uploaded the document they need but it's shown in the KYC section ( uh-huh something went wrong. Write to us if you have any issues...) at that time I have raised the ticket for the same and but it's been more than 24 hours the issue still not resolved. If I talk about customer service, I tried to connect with them the whole day but I was unable to connect with them even though there no. Comes busy every time if you are lucky then the call will connect by chance 😂 even if you connected with them they don't have the answer for the same they give silly excuses of technical glitches. I also get a reply in the mail but it was the same pre-typed messages still the issue is not resolved. Let's see how much time you will take. I didn't accept this from slice at all very disappointed 🙁 for now but if you guys resolved the issue soon I will surely change my review because I trust you. The app, The UI, The feel, The discounts, The cashbacks, SLICE is just a pure bundle of joy for those who always wanted a credit card. The whole process is easy and my card came in with 3 days, which again is pretty fast. You will have digital access to your card all the time which is much better than any bank issues credit card as there’s a lot of things to look at and you might get confused. Slice is totally simple and shows you only what you need and require. They operate transparently and I disagree with anyone saying otherwise. There’s a lot of heat around the repayment issue. The thing is if you miss the repayment date then not only slice but anyone will come at you from whom you have borrowed. Imagine, you lend money to someone and they don’t return on the promised date. Exactly! So repay on time and enjoy increased credit limit with multiple offers.

The app is really good, appreciate the developers, please make the payments success percentage to centum, please add options like personal reminders, scanner with the predefined amount to share, dark mode would be great, From few weeks I have to select the account before pay rather than default account, probably in history you can show which payment app was used for transaction, Sometimes the payment gets pending but not debited fromSlice account, but when I use UPI it gets pending but the amount will be sent, please showcase your features to users not everybody can find hidden features like in scanner zoom option and many more, Increase pixel quality when the transaction details are shared outside the app, try adding some widgets also , If you guys really wanna up the rank in App Store.

To people that dont know slice Back in 2015 it was SlicePay, I had a account in it way back from that time, well after some time i stoped using the app. Fast forward to 2020 Slice it was born. This year I tried logging in to Slice It. I put my email, then mobile number I logged in. When i was adding adhaar it gave an error saying this aadhaar is already registered with some other number. So basically my old number was linked to aadhaar and I was unable to proceed. I reported this to their tech support on 21st of September. However they replied to me on 10th of November and told the issue was resolved and I can login. But here comes the fun part not only I couldn’t login the app crashed after putting otp. And today 16 November they have ordered card for me even though i sent them screen recording of app not opening on to my address with spelling mistake in my name. Just FYR guys I dont know who is gonna read this, the interest rate is high, they report it to CIBIL if you miss payments and your score will be affected. Just go for a good credit card rather to suffer in this HELL HOLE!!!!
