To get better speed we upgraded the plan from 200mbswhen we renewed our plan recently. Surprisingly the speed has further deteriorated and I am finally getting somewhere between 40 to 50mbs. Have complained twice before this but all in vain. Can some Tata broad band do to comply with the commitments made or do I have to do something different.
I got shifted in Vvip homes Gaur city 2 where I was convinced the Internet will not have no connectivity issue and for the first three month the service was brilliant but as usual like other isp they started showing their greed when I downgraded the service from 50 Kbps to 25 mbps the with unbearable intermittent issues where I have reported on 2nd of April and 4th April via app ad they were not ready to pick up the call due to lock down and they replied back where they have not even bothered to call to check if everything is ok and the complaint was closed.
Understanding the fact due to lockdown thought of giving it a third attempt and when called I was finally able to speak to someone and I was assured the issue will be fixed within 24 hours which they did but only on the mail reply but the actual intermittent issue is not yet fixed. I raised this third complaint on 10th of April, so guys my humble request never ever consider yourself getting this Tata sky broadband connection I have only 36 days more to go so I will stop using their service thought of making you guys aware too. For the people who are already a subscriber better change it to some other ISP
Another useless ISP
I have been using this broadband at Ahmedabad since 22 Dec 2019 and the speed is upto the mark. Unfortunately, the router keeps restarting automatically, at every two days. I was in the middle of the discussion with over 18 members, around the world and suddenly the router restarts! Its really embarrassing!!! When I spoke to their support executive, they said if it happens again then please call us and will send our field executive for further investigation. On the other hand, the mobile application doesn't work at all. It keeps throwing error messages like Invalid Credentials and Unauthorised User. You pay a hefty subscription amount and these type of issues pop up within a shorter time.
I think, I have made a mistake in subscribing for this ISP, while I was happy with Jio's mobile hotspot. I will make sure to NOT renew my subscription and put a word about these issues in my network
