No place to lodge a complaint

My connection went dead and I logged in a complaint about three days back.... it started working after about 2 hours .... today a service agent Sanjay rings me up.... after three days... and says he got the logged in complaint only 5 min back... and askednn noir the mine is functioning.... asked to ring him for any problems instead of using the app???

Pethetic service

I got shifted in Vvip homes Gaur city 2 where I was convinced the Internet will not have no connectivity issue and for the first three month the service was brilliant but as usual like other isp they started showing their greed when I downgraded the service from 50 Kbps to 25 mbps the with unbearable intermittent issues where I have reported on 2nd of April and 4th April via app ad they were not ready to pick up the call due to lock down and they replied back where they have not even bothered to call to check if everything is ok and the complaint was closed.
Understanding the fact due to lockdown thought of giving it a third attempt and when called I was finally able to speak to someone and I was assured the issue will be fixed within 24 hours which they did but only on the mail reply but the actual intermittent issue is not yet fixed. I raised this third complaint on 10th of April, so guys my humble request never ever consider yourself getting this Tata sky broadband connection I have only 36 days more to go so I will stop using their service thought of making you guys aware too. For the people who are already a subscriber better change it to some other ISP

Poor, pathetic and fraud

Lots of promise at the time of new connection but worst quality of service! Not only connection but support team is pathetic as well. Support team ( seems outsourced where leadership has no control) will make false commitment or disconnect the call when they don’t want to talk with you. The fraud starts after a year of disconnection of service. some random people start calling to return old devices. If tatasky broadband given a router free with a long term plan (while they charge for router with monthly plan) why some one needs to return it? Isn’t a fraud? I asked them to send an email to return device but no one is officially ready to do so. Why such policies are operated under the hood. Let it go so all your new customer can understand how great TTB is!! I wish tata would have managed this business like DHT but it seems management is least bothered.

Multiple issues with TTB but surprisingly app has 4.6 rating. Strange!!!
