Needs update

Although the connectivity is good the app is very disappointing. Cannot check my data usage or recharge through the app. Dev. Team needs to look at this. Other than that the interface seems good n user friendly but needs a lot of improvements.

Horrible app, horrible service, untimely technicians, false promises

1 star because there is no zero

Living in bengaluru, India, I planned to get Tatasky broadband installed at my place and now I am feeling it was a bad decision.

I submitted documents on 1st july and The installer told me he would install it on 3rd July: 4:00pm after document verification.

I called him on 3rd july 4:30pm he said “Sir I will come in 1 hour”, I called him back at 5:30pm he said “sir your documets are not verified I will do it tomorrow”

On 4th July he called me at 3:15pm and said sir can I come for installation I said I was not at home and reschedule it for 4:30pm, I called him at 4:30 he said he was coming.

I called him back at 5:30pm he said “ SIr there is some issue I will come by 6pm”
It is 7:30 pm and I am writing this to bring it to your notice about your horrible and untimely service, I am now not planning to go ahead with your service and chose another service provider, and would suggest other to do the same

Worst Experience

The app is too good! But never really worked for more than one day! I have raised multiple complaints and written mail over mails, still the same. I had even send screenshots on mail still the same. It’s high time, you need to change the development team and handover to some other clients. When you really need them it never works. Cannot recharge the account, the basic functionalities are not working! If I had an option to upload images I would have uploaded it. It’s supposed to be one of the best app that I use everyday! Please please fix the issues asap!
