Tata Play Fiber 4+

I have been using tata play Fiber service for the last 1 year. Excellent network and great support team. This app of theirs have definitely improved a lot from the last 1 year. Earlier I had observed couple of times the app used crash and sometimes there were no response. But now it’s definitely way ahead. I do all my recharges and raise my concerns through tata play Fiber app. It’s one touch app for all your broadband solution. Good going Tata Play Fiber team!!!

I got shifted in Vvip homes Gaur city 2 where I was convinced the Internet will not have no connectivity issue and for the first three month the service was brilliant but as usual like other isp they started showing their greed when I downgraded the service from 50 Kbps to 25 mbps the with unbearable intermittent issues where I have reported on 2nd of April and 4th April via app ad they were not ready to pick up the call due to lock down and they replied back where they have not even bothered to call to check if everything is ok and the complaint was closed.
Understanding the fact due to lockdown thought of giving it a third attempt and when called I was finally able to speak to someone and I was assured the issue will be fixed within 24 hours which they did but only on the mail reply but the actual intermittent issue is not yet fixed. I raised this third complaint on 10th of April, so guys my humble request never ever consider yourself getting this Tata sky broadband connection I have only 36 days more to go so I will stop using their service thought of making you guys aware too. For the people who are already a subscriber better change it to some other ISP

I have a Tataplay Fiber connection in Mumbai. I have taken this connection because it belongs to Tata (A trusted firm according to me). But their Fiber services is in very pathetic condition. First of all if you recharge your account after expiry you have to call customer care to reactive your account, that too from your registered number only. Otherwise you cannot contact customer care team. If you lose your registered mobile number that’s it you cannot contact them. Secondly if you want to activate safe custody you have to pay Rs 200/- for that. Safe custody increase your validity to that much day that you are activated the service. For six months plan of 50mbps it costs Rs 18 per day. And you are enabling safe custody for about 10 days you have to pay Rs 200/- to get 10 days extended validity, while you get it for your next recharge with Rs 180/-. Safe custody is only helping the company only not the customer. Some other fiber service providers like Airtel giving it for free of cost.
