Not the experience I would recommend
Last night I went to Third wave coffee at golf course road Gurgaon with 2 of my friends. We ordered coffee for take away and paid through my credit card.
By mistake I forgot to take my credit card back and called third wave coffee multiple times today. Lady on the phone was so rude and kept on saying that I am busy and I can’t talk. I am not even sure if they have my credit card or not as the lady was not ready to talk.
This is not the experience that is appreciated by an employee for the customer.

Think Indian!
Not user friendly. Need to think Indian way. If you are attracting customers through your price then it should be the first priority on the display rather than your promotional stuff. For eg: The benefits you give should be at the forefront, which encourage your customers to invest more in you. And there are few more points but I’m sure you have people whom you pay so much to figure those points. Cheers!
