Ho perso 6 chili in un mese vivo in Italia ma Giro per il mondo e trovo quasi tutti piatti mondiali con i Nomi reali
. Direi che è una app fantastica . Complimenti vorrei che sviluppatore inserisca anche le vitamine e minerali completi nei cibi . Grazie

Utile per capire quanto mangiamo

Si mangia per vivere e non si vive per mangiare. Può sembrare una banalità ma molti non ci pensano. App come questa ti aiutano a capire quanto mangi e quanto ne hai bisogno tutto il resto è in eccesso :-)
Le tre stelle perché l'app su iPad non gestisce bene le rotazioni dei pop-up

Impressionante banca dati dei piatti e rapido nella creazione di routine utili per tracciare l’andamento della dieta.
