無料で出来る運動は少なめですが家トレには十分だと思いました。無料分だけでも続ければ素晴らしい運動習慣になると思います。タイマー読み上げも優秀です。バランスボール、腹筋ローラーが家に眠っていればぜひ活用してあげてください。一般人がラジオ体操とこれを一年続けられたら目に見えて健康的な体つきになるとおもいます。
