Support for MPD 0.24 consume oneshot configuration

1) Bug fix for "Ensure Artist tags with prefixed and suffixed spaces are mapped to a single artist entry in the Artist browser" 2) Artist tags are also checked for ignored case equality and "The" prefixes. This can be turned off with a new Settings option "Use Raw Artist Names"

Bug fix for "Stripping trailing spaces off MPD response lines can cause artist and album tags to be incorrectly processed"

Bug fix for "searching for artist name containing single quote fails". All searchs should now allow the use of unicode versions of ' and " characters

Bug fix for "album art doesn't display when browsing genres". Note this problem was only seen when connecting to MPD servers older that v0.23.x

Add a new option for downloading Album Art via UPnP. When this option is selected choose a UPnP Media Server that with be used to search for items based on the Album name and Artist. It an item is found containing an Album Art URL it will be downloaded.
