Can’t login
The login button is unresponsive. This wasn’t the case before so I don’t what’s up
CIC APP
It almost makes no sense why this app even exists. You can only look at your personal details. You cannot access a mini statement despite an option that says so. You can’t have the statement sent to your email despite a prompt that provides for that option. It is a completely useless app, that has no functionality and it is quite hilarious that the CIC agents recommend that you download it. It is supposed to alleviate the burden of having to visit the CIC offices every time you want some information about your account, but it doesn’t work at all. You cannot for all intents and purposes manage your account from this app. Absolutely terrible.
Unusable app functionality
Some features such as Goal, creating an account and fund switching are not working at all from the app. Having to call the customer support is not how the digital life looks like. 🤦🏽♂️
Remove features that are not working from the app and have working features only it’s frustrating having to call customer care every time to have something very simple done. Which can take 4 business days to get it done!
Get me on the dev team if it’s a problem with developers I get it done.
