The app crashes immediately upon launch. This started after the update made 2 weeks ago .

Love how crisp the interface is. Two areas of improvement:1. Enable sending money to mobile money wallet i.e. MPESA. Is it possible to use some other unique identifier for the Timiza account numbers and free the phone numbers for transfers from Timiza to mobile money? As it is, it’s frustratingly inconvenient if you are not paying a bill or buying goods or services. 2. Make values legible.When doing any kind of transaction, e.g. when filling in the fields of money amount, the typed in values are illegible. One has to wait for the confirmation screen to see what the app got. Woe unto you if you entered the wrong values. You’ll have to go back a few steps and grope in the dark once again.

The Timiza app charges the amount owed from your main account even without your permission and it is not added to your account this is the worst banking system ever created people are supposed to know how they manage their funds and no one shood be forcibly debited without permission and all transactions are supposed to be included in the bank statement

i installed the app easily save for the numerous steps i had to go through then proceed to take the easy loan available on my account thats when the app started misbehaving i can’t withdraw i cant send i cant even repay the loanbeen calling absa customer care for over 48 hours no answerthese individuals are imitating mshwari yet they are clueless and terribly inefficient HORRIBLE
