The UI is really good. Every button put where it’s supposed to be, quite responsive. Mine has however let me down. I wanted to transfer funds to M-PESA, I select the account to transact but it keep telling me to choose the account to transact. I could not continue the transaction. Kindly look into this and have the bug sorted out.
The app is always broken

Its two things. Lets be real here. This app is always broken or never working at all!!!!!! A whole 2 weeks it wouldnt work meaning you woundnt access your money for some reason they couldnt apologise to their customers. Now am login in and one of my savings accounts is missing. Like it just vanished i dont even know how to explain this. Like its gone puff! with my savings. Now i have to call me boss and give him this whole story of how i should visit or call the bank tomorrow during work hours. Whoever makes this banks app, he/she is really messing up this bank big time and thats why am heading back to a Equity bank. Atleast they warn you of prior maintenance a couple of days before 😏

The time I went to activate my bank app (agakhan branch cbd)I was served by very patient staff since it took some time and many trials without succes however that shows dedication .Though I can't remeber their names am still thankful.
