VOOMA
I have an issue with the app why can’t I deposit to wallet or pay the remaining loan yet i have cash to do so it’s very disappointing. Also your customer care services are always busy

App is still stuck using the old phone number format starting with 07... hence you can’t register if you are using the new numbers which start with 01...
I tried to register and I found out that am already registered and if that is the case then the app should have a login option for registered users but unfortunately you have to start using the app only through the registration process. App only has registration for new users.

Poor example of an app. The customer support is all talk, no action. They promise to assist you but you have to call again and again to get any assistance. I have not been able to reset my account pin despite calling the customer care. This is the third time I am struggling with VOOMA. I have decided to delete and forget the few few shillings in the account and the plans I had on VOOMA.
