Navien Smart Plus App will allow you to control heating and hot water anytime anywhere. You can simply check a status of heating system, and see how much energy you've used. In order to use Smart Plus App, sign up for a membership and register your Smart Plus Thermostat. Come rain or shine, your boiler will respond intuitively to current conditions with Navien Smart Plus. When connected to Wi-Fi, it checks the weather forecast on the internet, ensuring your home is always the most comfortable temperature, and that your boiler is only using energy when you need it to. ■ Geofencing capabilities Let your location take care of your heating, with Navien Smart Plus. Never again return to a cold house, or heat an empty home. Simply register your smartphone, and your boiler will know when to turn on and off based on your proximity to home. Set up with multiple users and the whole household can enjoy the benefits of Geofencing. Vulnerability Reporting We are committed to responding to all security vulnerability reports as promptly as possible. While we aim to process all reports swiftly, we will generally provide an initial response within 5 business days of receipt. Progress Updates and Resolution We may provide progress updates depending on the reproducibility and severity of the issue. Once the issue has been fully resolved, we will inform the reporter that the matter has been successfully addressed. Security Update Support Period Security software updates for this product are guaranteed until 31 July 2031. During this period, necessary patches and updates will be provided to address potential vulnerabilities.
