Good App But Hotline Agents Do Not Know All It’s Features
This is great app for someone who unable come to a physical consultation with the Doctors. This app save time, money and energy of patients who live in distance locations. But somehow, when I need some help and assistance regarding to my bookings, I called the call the apps hotline and talk to a person after trying several times. Then my question was, can we send some of my medical history to the doctor via app so that doctor can be aware of my situation before I had to talk with him via app? But the help agent says that there is no feature for that, and advise me to call the relevant hospital or tell all the information during my telephone call with the doctor. But actually in the app, when we has an active booking we can send text and all kinds of information to the doctor before our audio conversation. So the hotline help assistants should be more educated about the app and it’s features. But any way this is great app and service. I thanks and wish all the best for the company. May all be happy!
Worst update ever
I was using this for all my family channelling and yesterday and today I experienced the worst possible of this app. Whichever place I navigate, I see not found error. Please do test the user experience before a major release or keep the old version.
Useless and unreliable service
On my way to appointment which I was charged was informed that due to system failure that it has not gotten booked. The booking was made well in advance. Then I was asked to put the appointment for another day and rather than transferring the amount already paid was asked pay again and was promised a reimbursement in 4 days. I had 2 encounters with unprofessional and incompetent agents who had no idea whether the reimbursement was happening or not but kept making empty promises. Now it’s almost 3 months I still have not received it. I even wrote an email to their customer service and todate no response.
So I’m deleting this app and moving to channelling. Don’t use this service.
