Total fee changed when go to payment gateway
When trying to channel a doctor, the total fee is displayed on the checkout page. But after that when we proceed the pay via debit card, the fee displayed on the payment gateway page is higher. How can that be? This ia misleading. I assume this incrementes amount might be a booking charge, but that total amount should be displayed correctly prior proceeding to make the payment.
App Failiure
I tried to make a doctor channeling through Nawaloka Care App, and the payment was deducted on my bank account at the checkout but the channeling was not confirmed. When I enquired the same from hospital through hotline, they asked me to try making the appointment through Echanneling or Doc990. Cannot understand the point of having this app if it has no use of making a channeling!!! Also having me charged for an appointment that has not been confirmed is completely not understandable!!! Very disappointed!!!
