No show refund bug
When I tried to make a no show refund before the session starts, the no show refund button was disabled and I wasnt able to make the request. After some time, after the session starts I could proceed with the refund but it says the time was passed and it was accepted. Seems like there is a bug in the new update. I could not get my money although I paid for the no show refund. Hotline agent was also not able to help me on this. This is a serious case.
Save payment method
Save details of debit/credit card or something like that. because it is very easy for us!
This app and service seems a crap
The app seems to updated and when I installed it asked for a free membership or a premium member. I’ve picked the premium member and paid 900LKR as well.
When I logged to the app and tried to channel a doctor search and selected the specialist the hospital and finally the loaded a blank page.
On the bottom of the page for channeling help there was phone number which I dialed and after several waiting time got connected to the call center. After getting my query they suggested to call 225 which and proceed for phone channeling.
This app needs serious modification and should retrain the call center to handle a customer. There is nothing called a premium membership so don’t waste your money. 👍
