New update has fixed issues

Fingerprints option is back❤️
Session timeout issue is also fixed

New version has destroyed the UX

I like NTB app and its better compared to other banking apps. Still in every release they destroy the user experience.

I liked the initial version(with fingerprints support) of this app very much.

Later they gave an update removing fingerprints and that version had “Sorry something went wrong issue” when the session timeouts. So unless we kill the app or restart the phone, the app launches with crappy buggy error message.

I was so glad that they had given an update. But it is even worse. App is not using the full height of the display. There is a blank space in the top and the bottom of the app. Other bug is fixed.

Waiting for a new update.

The most convinient banking app

I’ve been a customer at NTB for more than 7 years and this app had made my life so much easier. I hardly ever go to the bank because from bill payments to third party fund transfer to other banks can be done just within seconds. It’s like ur bank is in ur mobile. No more waiting in lines or not to worry about bank holidays. The best app so far because I have tried other bank apps too.

Great App

Great app overall one of the easier out there for banking. However as of late I have been having trouble checking one feature in particular.

Although the app shows current easy payment balance under my card, I am not able to check in detail of the active easy payments I have under my name.

Hope it could be addressed.
