The ride was great, the vehicle is working all right. Although when I was parking at a designated place with the P sign and other Ride vehicles at this very spot, the system would give me wrong parking message anyway. And only after three attempts I managed to complete the parking.

App is very poorly made, scooters are in bad condition (breaks screaming, there are cases when scooter handles are loose), you don’t feel safe driving them and situation each day becomes even worse. Pricing is high, at the same time apps lags and there is difficulties trying to end ride. If you ride downhill and exceed 22km/h, you loose power and power comes back when you speed decreases to ~13km/h, so it impacts cost of driving because you are slowed down. There are rules, which are not shown when you start ride, so if you pay money to get royalty points and reach situation when you can enjoy 1 free ride, that ride will be suspended after 15min of not riding your scooter. You drive, stop for 15min, and you free ride is cancelled. Ride company is not working in good faith! I’m very disappointed, because in half a year their service quality decreased a lot! Be careful with this company and their service.

Needs to change price a minute cause a 0.22€ it’s too high for minute it could be a 0.11€/min
