Better if app allows us to view balance only
It will be better if Alliance Bank has an app for bizsmart users to view the account transactions only regardless payment maker or authorised. It will be useful for us to check if customers has bank in the amount or not, the incoming credit balances into our account through ibg/duitnow etc.
Sim Card & User restrictions
Don’t understand why need to recognize sim card. When the other bank’s apps no such requirement. The so called mobile token claimed we can do our transaction any time at anywhere but only in Malaysia? When I were at oversea and using different sim card, the apps started restrict me, asked me to verify by TAC until I changed my original sim card back to my phone. Don’t understand what kind of security is this, restricted until the user themselves also cannot use.

Can’t access after updated to ios15
Hi, I have been directed to browser stated “operation failed, mobile device doesn’t meet security level required” when i open the bizsmart apps. Please fix this issue.
