Hobby Shop Enhancements Shop owners and managers can now add employees to their team and delegate management of their shop profile. Profile Improvements We’ve made several enhancements to the user profile experience, improving usability and overall performance. Satellite View is Here! We are excited to announce version 5.1 of BashMaps! Pro members can now explore RC spots with Satellite View or choose from multiple new map styles to customize your experience. Perfect for scouting out those spots with greater precision!

Version 5 is Here! Here are some highlights about the new features: Direct Messages Our goal has always been to provide the RC community with tools and resources that connect enthusiasts and support our beloved hobby. That’s why we’re introducing Direct Messages to BashMaps. This feature will help you collaborate more easily with other amazing users in the BashMaps community. Imagine stumbling across a dialed rig you have questions about and wanting to reach out to the builder. Or perhaps an event is coming up in your area, and you’d like to message the host to see how you can help. Direct Messages not only enhances communication and collaboration within BashMaps but also sets the stage for even more incredible features we’re working on that require in-app chatting. Advanced Map Filtering The map is the centerpiece of BashMaps. We hear countless stories from users about how they’ve found spots and events they’d never have known about without browsing the map. When you drop a pin, you help build the RC community—and we thank you for that. A single dot on the map has the potential to connect someone with the RC Community. We’re always looking for ways to enhance the map, improve its performance, and make it easier to use. Many of you have asked for the ability to filter the map by spot type (bashing, racing, crawling, hard lining, drifting, etc.), so we’re excited to release a new Pro feature that lets you filter data based on your interests. Yes, that’s right—this will be a Pro feature! As time goes on, you’ll see more Pro features added to bring even greater value to your Pro subscription. Building and hosting this app costs money, and we’re funding it out of our own pockets. Your support by upgrading to Pro makes all the difference to us. A huge thank you to our loyal Pro subscribers for your continued support! Sharing Your Profile There’s a new feature in the app that lets you share your profile link via text, email, or any other method supported by your phone. Simply tap the share button at the top of your profile page. Users without BashMaps installed can still view your profile in a web browser. You can also post your profile link on social apps like Instagram or Facebook. It’s a great way to show off all the rigs in your Garage! Sharing Your Spots We’ve also added a feature that lets you share spots and sessions. Imagine you see a spot on BashMaps you want to check out, and your friend—who doesn’t have the app—plans to meet you there but doesn’t know the location. With the new share features, you can text them the spot, and they’ll be able to see where it is and even get directions without needing BashMaps installed. Of course, we’ll encourage them to download the app along the way! All this and so much more, several bug fixes and other adjustments and enhancements have also been made. Enjoy BashMaps Version 5!

Fixes issue with ads not displaying correctly

BashMaps Version 4 is here! The latest version of BashMaps introduces a highly requested feature called Notification Center! Keep track of activity across your posts, rigs, events, and clubs from a single place and never miss out on all the action. This version also includes a ton of performance updates and miscellaneous bug fixes. We are un-relenting in our pursuit to make BashMaps the best if can be. We love our growing user base and strive to adapt the app based on interest and user feedback. Stay tuned for more huge features coming soon over the next few months!

With this update, users are able to copy text from posts and comments. Sometimes its the small things that make a huge difference! This build also includes other minor adjustments and refinements.

We are now introducing ads into the app as a way to help pay the bills. Users can also remove ads by upgrading to a Pro subscription.

Hot fixes

Our elves have been busy working on several new features, bug fixes, and other enhancements. In the events tab you are now able to share your own events to the main community feed! You can also search for events by name or description. Many other back end performance enhancements and minor bug fixes were also made. We hope you enjoy!

This is a performance and stability update. Multiple enhancements to the way images and videos are uploaded and processed have been implemented.

Garage ————————— There is an exciting new feature that allows you to scroll through new and random rigs! We love this feature because there are a TON of really cool rigs in the system that you wouldn’t otherwise see. Goto the garage page to check out these incredible new features! That’s not all though, we added a new feature that allows you to post your rigs to the community feed! The likes and comments that are added on the community page will stay with your rig and help you earn a spot on the leaderboards. Please note, you can only share your rigs to the community once every 7 days. Events ————————— Add to Calendar button has been added that allows you to add events to your mobile phone calendar. Social Sign In ————————— We’ve added social network sign-ins that allow new users to create accounts quickly by signing in with Google or Apple. BashMaps News - a news feature has ben added to the app that allows us to keep you informed about what we are working on and the state of the app Fixed an issue where a network error message would appear over and over in the app and would eventually black out the background Drag Handle in the Map page is larger and easy to grab Text fields now have a character limit displayed under them Main menu background and menu items have a slight color change to make the margin more visible Event filters have been fixed Club Chat reactions are now more refined, they do not appear while you are scrolling the chat window, they also appear quicker on the long press Directions now allow you to choose between Apple Maps or Google Maps on iPhone (if you have Google maps intalled) Fixed issue in light mode where page navigation was glitchy and displayed two pages at the same time for a split second Fixed issue with not being able to edit a Club name and logo on some screen sizes You can now tap the main menu button to be taken back to the main menu after navigating away from it (such as viewing your friend list) Read more feature has been added to the events so that events with long descriptions are now compressed and you can tap the read more button to expand the text

1. You can now view a list of the users that liked a post! 2. You can now double tap the community tab to scroll to the top, you can also tap on the BashMaps logo to scroll to the top. Sometimes its the little things :) 3. Comments and likes have been added to the Garage! Check out other peoples rigs and leave them a message! 4. Comments and likes have been added to Events! Ask a question about an upcoming event and see what other people are saying! 5. Navigate directly to someone else’s profile from the comments! Simply tap on their image and you can now go straight to their profile. 6. View someone’s Garage directly from their post on the Community timeline. Simply tap the 3 dots on the top right of a post and you will see an option to go straight to their Garage. 7. Follow someone directly from their post on the Community timeline. Simply tap he 3 dots on the top right of a post and you will see an option to follow the user without having to go to their profile. 8. Community posts are now formatted better with additional margin between each post. 9. Community Comments - textbox now behaves much better, it expands to multiple lines as you type instead of scrolling to the right. 10. Club Chat - Keyboard stays open after sending a message. 11. Events - Main listing now allows you to view the event details by tapping anywhere on the event record. 12. Events - Tapping on the map image next to an event address now displays a full screen map with a pin dropped on the location. 13.
