Apps hang and Can’t open

Just installed it yesterday, advise by cuckoo customer service. She said it’s will be easier to book an appointment for services in cuckoo+ apps but apparently after I installed it I can view inside the apps only for one time and now from last night until today,even after I on off my phone its seem to be this apps doesn’t really works..can’t open, can’t view anything, it’s hang already. If still continues I will uninstall this apps for sure and never downloaded again.

Trashy app

Downloaded few times now to see if dev did actually updated the app but the problem is still there! Everytime i clicked to submit my ID to be verified that im a cuckoo customer, it will keep saying that my nric had failed to verify, EVERY SINGLE TIME! I never missed a payment and suddenly your collection agent contacted me saying that i have not paid my bill for 3-4month, eventho everytime after i have made my payment, i will send the receipt right away to your respective personnel.. luckily the collection agent had solved the issue AFTER I SUBMITTED my past receipt.

Easy to use

1 start use cuckoo+ on sept 2018..already 8 month since use..Easy for me to booking date for service..i like to collect daily point & love when double point happened since i have watson vip card also..🥰

Sometimes it get hang..after restart my phone it getting normal again..😊
