Melalui aplikasi ini, pemilik harta yang berdaftar bersetuju untuk tidak menerima bil secara pos dan menyokong MBPJ ke arah ICT Hijau.

Half Cook App
I wonder how on earth someone design and app that is so not user friendly, some of the forms are just symbol and one word when i fill it in it has error but it doesn’t say what went wrong ? And i wonder when they have not been sending letters i just got the red paper and i was force to download the app just to keep track on the ecukai. At least made a notis to my house say you stop sending paper based letter/invoice la. Because you are government bodies and monopoly market you don’t care about customer experience?
Worst half baked app by incompetent government
Don’t bother downloading this app. After going through the hassle of creating another new account which is separate from your existing eMBPJ online account, this app then asks for your MBPJ account number and another mind boggling mandatory REFERENCE NUMBER in order to begin using the app. Why? Why? Why? I live in a strata building and only receive reminder notice and never receive the actual bill and there is no Reference Number to be found.
Failed app
First of all, why we have to create new login account where we already have one in MBPJ portal. Want to add cukai account but the page have bugs that the keypad blocked half of the page and cannot be scrolled, may be they want us to use voice to enter it :) for the rest i got no comment, cannot reach the payment site yet.
The 1 star i gave is for the roll-out of the failed app.
