App is good and user friendly. However, users cannot edit their details such as address. If we moved out to other location, how can the workers pinpoint our location? Hope the developers of this app will update this features. It really helps users a lot. Overall is not bad at all. Keep up the good work to ease us.

A great initiative by the Selangor government, filed a request to throw away my old mattress, the disposal team showed up 2 days after. The service was free of charge and very efficient. Kudos to the team, the only improvement I could think of is, maybe they can call us in advance and let us know when they will be coming. That would be better, but anyways, it’s a great facility.

Pleased with the service rendered via the app so far. Have used the app 3 times to date over the last 1 year, and everytime the garbage contractor came to pick up the garbage the next day. They even called ahead to let me know that they’re coming over. Excellent initiative by Selangor govt.
