Respons Rakyat 4+

Apps today cant login, if want do this for rakyat pls do better, apps come out, cant use , dont know apps for what, for show rakyat got working?

A very good initiative by the new government to have a communicable platform for rakyat to complain or even improve government related issues or problems.

However I am rather disappointed with their response and the by way they handle most of the cases. Often there is no concrete conclusions while some department gave excuses by saying that it is beyond their job scope and cannot do anything about it thus we have to write another complain to another department instead. Totally upset by their response. “Boleh land” will never grow with this kind of attitude.

It is a shame because Malaysia is a beautiful and rich country but mismanagement by government brings everything down. I love my country and I hope things will change for the better in future.

The apps is ok with issues able to captured properly. However, no respond for the issues/feedback submitted after few weeks. Suggestion for management to include KPI such as issue closure rate, provide rating for each issue closure, auto escalation for delinquent issues, and have a overall dashboard on the performance rating for each of the department. KPI will drive continuous improvement. If you just provide a platform without KPI measurement, it will become a non value to the user and eventually no one will use it. A total waste of time, resources, and money.
