Try hard to not return back my money !! I didnt get my money also didnt get my order !!! My order was cancelled by the rider not by me !! And foodpanda said its cancelled by me !!! What the !!!! Im not cancelled anything !!!! And staff from foodpanda call me didnt say anything i will didnt get back my refund !!! He just ask me if i want to cancelled my order because the rider want to cAncelled it !!! What the kind of business !!! If rider want to cancelled it !! I dont care !! Just give me back my money !!!! Or if you wont give my money !!! Sent back my order !!! Really dissapointed !!! Better use grab food !!! Grab food is easier than food panda.. try hard to solve this issue but still cannot refund back my money !!!! If i get my order is okay la for me !! But i didnt get anything from my order and also my money !!!! Food panda given ridiculous reason to me !!!! Too many complain about your rider & about your businesss !!!! Before this i just heard complain about food panda but i dont care.. i never believe it !! But now its happen to me?????? 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡give me back my money !!!!!!

*WORST EXPERIENCE*

I have ordered so many time from food panda non of it got issues. Today, I just order a lunch from them, they seems unable to locate my location & trying to make excuses saying that my guard house doesn’t let the food panda driver to come in. It is impossible as all the while they came in to the guard house deliver for me.
Second, the customer service associate called to informed me that the driver has been calling me, but there are no any sign of calling from foodpanda at all. She assured me that my food has been arrived at the block, I then came down to pick up there is no sign of driver has been arrived. Until I waited for another 10-15 mins to wait for the driver. This is ridiculous! My food is arrived cold, they didn’t no express any single sorry to me and still tried to argue about that they actually contacted me to deliver the food.
It’s totally spoilt the mood of having a simple lunch before head to work.
*THIS IS THE MOST DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH FOOD PANDA*

BAD TREATMENT TOWARDS RIDERS

I couldn’t reach your management to state this issue so i express it here. The system that applies on riders to determine their pay is fine, but the efficiency of your system is not. Rider’s performance dropped due to things that is not from their mistake. Some riders were betrayed telling that they didn’t accept orders when they didn’t receive any order incoming. Some experience being put on break when they didn’t request for it. They went from batch 1 to batch 4 and can u imagine how much hardwork it’ll take to recover back those performance? Improve the efficiancy & efficacy of your system. Treat riders nicely & fairly. They’re human too who work under the scorching hot sun & even the storm bcs u set time frame for them to deliver the assigned orders. They did their best and being betrayed by the system is something that shouldn’t happen. I’m not a rider but i live in circles of riders and i couldn’t take this anymore. Foodpanda really treated their riders meanly. Not to mention the low pay of batch 4 and the unhealthy competition to secure working schedule bcs foodpanda keep on recruiting new riders countlessly without taking into account the existing riders and make it difficult for all the riders to even secure a working schedule, not to mention their batch performance. A very unhealthy competition. Bad bad bad!
